Previn Jones
Managing Partner
Previn is a real estate investment management professional with over 15 years experience. As a former senior level political staffer (Chief of Staff), Previn has experience with multi-million dollar HUD funded projects (HOME, CDBG, HOPWA), tax credits and debt & equity financing. After leaving public service, Previn founded CES Asset Management, which specializes in: real estate acquisitions, value-add renovations, development and asset management. Starting with one rental property, CES currently has over $12.7 M in assets under management. Previn is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business which include: sourcing new deals, arranging debt & equity financing, financial reporting, asset management and procurement oversight. Previn is a graduate of Harvard University's (HES) professional, graduate real estate investment program, holds an MBA from (UOPX) and a B.S. Degree from Texas Southern University.

Dawn Tezino Jones
Partner
Dawn has over 20 years of commercial transaction and litigation experience. Dawn is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas and the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana. Dawn is a real estate investor and serves as legal counsel to CES on all real estate acquisitions, partnership agreements and syndication formations.
